Where is Storage Masters?

Our facility is on Balwant Drive, Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 5LA. It is close to Mansfield and the A38 and serves Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Huthwaite, Pinxton, Ravenshead, Mansfield Woodhouse, Alfreton and surrounding areas.

What storage sizes are available?

We offer 10ft and 20ft ground-level drive-up storage containers. The 10ft option is suitable for smaller household, student, trade or stock requirements, while the 20ft option provides more room for house contents, bulky items, equipment and larger amounts of business stock.

How much does self storage cost?

A 10ft container costs £100 per calendar month including VAT. A 20ft container costs £150 per calendar month including VAT. Individual caravan bays cost £100 per calendar month including VAT. Current open-yard pricing is available on request.

Are the containers insulated?

Yes. All Storage Masters 10ft and 20ft one-trip containers are spray-foam insulated and ventilated to help reduce condensation. Customers should only place clean, dry belongings into storage.

What are the access hours?

Customers can access the facility every day from 5am until 10pm. The automated gates do not permit customer access outside these times.

How secure is the site?

The facility has CCTV, floodlighting, secure perimeter protection and controlled gate access. Each customer receives a unique access PIN and holds the key to their own storage container. Customers must allow the gate to close behind them and must not permit tailgating.

How do I book?

Choose your storage option online, enter your details, upload the required identification and make the initial payment. Your move-in and access information is then provided through the booking process.

How long is the minimum rental?

The minimum self-storage rental is four weeks. The agreement then continues on a flexible rolling basis. Two weeks’ notice is required when ending self storage.

Do I need insurance?

Customers are responsible for arranging suitable insurance for their stored belongings, vehicles, caravans or equipment. Storage Masters does not insure customers’ goods.

Can you collect and return my belongings?

Yes. Collection, delivery and man-and-van assistance are available separately. This can be useful when moving house, renovating or storing bulky furniture without a suitable vehicle.

What cannot be stored?

Prohibited items include illegal goods, food and perishables, damp materials, liquids, fuel, gas bottles, flammable or hazardous substances, waste, cash and certain high-value items. Vehicle breaking and electrical use are not permitted on site. Please ask before booking if you are unsure.

Do you provide caravan and business storage?

Yes. Storage Masters offers individual caravan bays in a separate gated compound, business and trade container storage, and a limited number of private open storage yards with a 20ft insulated container included.
